We work at Midtown to inspire people to transform their lives. Our Financial Systems Analyst does so by supporting the evolution, design, and optimization of our EPM and ERP systems.
In this role, you will support the development of new Adaptive Planning models, dashboards, and financial and personnel reports. You will also be responsible for maximizing the day-to-day functionality of Midtown's ERP, Workday, by assisting with the development and maintenance of the system while also collaborating cross-functionally with department and business leaders. We are seeking an individual with financial planning systems experience, preferably with Adaptive Planning.
To be successful in this role, you need the ability to think systematically across multiple systems and business processes, understand both the big picture and small details of our financial systems, work collaboratively to define business objectives and strategy—then translate that strategy into best practices. You will report directly to the Director of Financial Systems, and work closely with the FP&A, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Procurement functions within the Finance department, and with our Information Systems and People Experience teams. The team is based in our HQ office in Chicago (3611 N Kedzie Ave.) and supports all club locations.
