KidTown Supervisor (FR: R-5225)

Windy Hill Athletic Club ( 135 Interstate N Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30339 ) is looking for a KidTown Supervisor to join our world-class childcare team.

This is a full-time, year-round position on our KidTown Leadership team.  You will primarily be working in our KidTown, childcare area, while also coordinating our seasonal Camps with the supervision of our KidTown Manager.

As an integral part of the management team, our KidTown Supervisors inspire members through movement, community, and personal attention. They encourage active, social, and healthier lives by:

• Leading a team of KidTown Camp Associates to deliver a friendly, youth-oriented experience that fosters active and creative lifestyles
• Leading by example, demonstrating sound judgment and acting as a positive role model to young members and associates
• Leading children through organized events, activities and sports
• Communicating with parents before and after sessions
• Operating under pressure, while ensuring participant safety at all times
• Coordinating and developing exciting youth program, while ensuring highest standards of customer service are consistently being met
• Creating a positive, clean and safe work environment

Our KidTown Supervisors:

• Possess at least two years of supervisory experience in a child care environment with relevant youth programming experience
• Genuinely care about providing quality and safe youth experiences
• Exhibit strong customer service skills through a genuine desire to serve others
• Possess outstanding communication skills and solid organizational abilities
• Demonstrate a positive attitude that inspires children
• Have an area of youth programming expertise (athletic, creative, or academic)
• Possess outstanding verbal communication skills with children and adults 
• Have high energy levels and can keep children moving in a variety of activities 
• Have patience and are outgoing and friendly 
• Are highly organized, energetic, and can multi task
