Why Midtown?
Join a team that values innovation, excellence, and community. At Midtown, you’ll lead a movement—not just a metric—shaping the future of premium fitness and wellness nationwide.
If you’re the leader that runs through their people, if you haven’t learned something important about your leadership style in the past year and adjusted, if you don’t know what the goals of the people around you are, if you wouldn’t describe yourself as helpful or coachable, or if you don’t like having fun at work, this isn’t the role for you, and we’d ask that you refrain from initiating the interview process at Midtown.
Salary: Starting at $125,000, plus bonus potential. The actual compensation will depend on experience, and/or additional skills you bring to the table.
