Midtown is searching for a Studio Fitness / FIELD Instructor to teach and motivate our members to achieve their goals.
Midtown instructors are as excited to learn as they are to teach. Our instructors are encouraged to think of Midtown as a place to build your career. With multiple boutique studios, we offer education and programs that promote the ability lead a variety of classes across a range of boutique studios, or become certified personal trainers.
The Position
What you’ll do: Blaze a trail at Midtown Athletic Club.
We call our FIELD instructors coaches. Why? We believe in coaching people and taking them from A to B. Midtown coaches are as excited to learn as they are to teach. Our associates are encouraged to think of Midtown as a place to build their career.
Our FIELD coaches are equal parts performer and instructor—and bring their passions to life in our signature FIELD programs. You will lead classes with your personal brand of performance that engages, energizes, and challenges our members.
FIELD Instructor responsibilities:
Building your community
Delivering experiential classes
Inspiring our members, while fostering a “yearn to return” culture
FIELD instructor requirements:
A passion for crafting inspiring experiences.
A love of coaching and movement.
Maintain at least one nationally recognized Group Instructor or Personal Training certification
