Apply Now Adult Racquet Sports Supervisor Job in Deerfield

The Adult Program Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the Adult program. This individual will be the ambassador for adult tennis program within the club as Midtown strives to be the industry gold standard for player development. The Adult Program Supervisor will be nimble and adaptable to the changing landscape of the industry and will thrive in a people environment, bringing an energetic and inspiring leadership to the Adult program.

The specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Administer all aspects of the Adult development tennis program including program recruitment, registration, attendance, promotion of groups, scheduling of courts, preparation of statistical reports, player make-ups, and player progress.

  • Assure that the modified court equipment – balls, carts, racquets, teaching aids and nets – are always in good condition and properly located for all the programs.

  • Teach groups in the adult tennis program.

  • Teach adult private/group lessons.

  • Implement the Adult Racquet sports program. 

  • Make the final approval of all players that are accepted/placed and promoted in each level.

  • Assure that tennis coaches complete their player reviews on a timely basis.

  • Promote and market the Adult Racquet sports program locally.

  • Evaluate and provide feedback to coaches who teach in the program.

  • Work with the Racquet Sports Manager on all matters relating to programs, coach development and methodologies.

  • Attend coach meetings and supervisory meetings held by the Racquet Sports Manager.

  • Complete other assignments deemed appropriate by the Racquet Sports Manager.
