Le poste
Faisant partie intégrante de l'équipe aquatique, nos entraîneurs de natation inspirent les membres par le mouvement, la communauté et l'attention personnelle. Ils encouragent une vie active, sociale et plus saine en.. :
- Faisant preuve de leadership, de professionnalisme, de résilience et d'optimisme
- En aménageant et en entretenant les espaces aquatiques afin de favoriser une expérience agréable
- En enseignant les programmes aquatiques
- En gérant les essais et les séances d'entraînement des membres à leur charge
- En faisant la promotion des leçons de natation privées et de groupe
Nos entraîneurs aquatiques :
- Ont une expérience de la natation de compétition ou d'entraîneur de natation de compétition
- Possèdent des certifications de sauveteur et de moniteur de natation valide (Société de Sauvetage ou Croix-Rouge, de préférence)
- Ont la capacité d'offrir un enseignement multisensoriel : auditif, visuel, tactile, kinesthésique.
- Démontrent des aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale efficaces et être capable de transmettre des informations de manière claire et concise.

Midtown is looking for an Aquatics Coach to join our aquatic department team.
The position
As an integral part of the aquatics team, our swim coaches inspire members through movement, community and personal attention. They encourage active, social and healthier living by... :
- Demonstrating leadership, professionalism, resilience and optimism
- Designing and maintaining aquatic spaces to promote an enjoyable experience
- Teaching aquatic programs
- Managing trials and training sessions for members in their charge
- Promoting and offer private lessons
Our aquatic trainers :
- Have competitive swimming or competitive swimming coaching experience.
- Possess valid lifeguard and swimming instructor certifications (Lifesaving Society or Red Cross preferred)
- Have the ability to provide multi-sensory instruction: auditory, visual, tactile, kinesthetic.
- Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills and be able to convey information clearly and concisely.
