Midtown recherche un(e) associé(e) de la réception pour aider nos membres et assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre réception.

Le poste

En tant que membre à part entière de l'équipe des services aux membres, nos préposés à la réception sont des professionnels sympathiques et attentifs qui s'efforcent d'enchanter nos membres et nos invités :

  • Accueillant les personnes qui entrent dans le club de manière chaleureuse et agréable.
  • Aidant à l'inscription aux programmes, au traitement des paiements et à la programmation des services du club.
  • S'efforçant constamment de créer une première impression durable.
  • Traiter les inscriptions, répondre aux questions et résoudre les problèmes de manière appropriée.
  • Maintenir la propreté des zones de réception afin de contribuer à une expérience exceptionnelle de l'établissement.
  • Contacter les services d'entretien ménager et de maintenance lorsqu'un problème est signalé.
  • Répondre aux questions concernant les services et les installations du club
  • Effectuer les tâches de base de comptabilité, de caisse, de classement et de bureau.

Midtown is looking for a Hospitality Associate to assist our members and keep our front desk running smoothly.

The Position
As an integral part of the member services team, our Front Desk Associates are friendly and attentive professionals who strive to delight our members and guests by:

  • Welcoming individuals who enter the club in a warm and pleasant manner
  • Assisting with program registration, payment processing, and scheduling club services
  • Consistently striving to create a lasting first impression
  • Handling check-ins, addressing questions and resolving issues appropriately
  • Maintaining cleanliness of front desk areas to contribute to an exceptional facility experience
  • Contacting housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported
  • Answering queries regarding club services and facilities
  • Performing basic bookkeeping, cashiering, filing, and clerical duties

Our Front Desk Associates:

  • Have great personalities that naturally connect with a wide variety of people
  • Must have availability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends and some holidays)
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and enjoy serving others
  • Have the ability to work gracefully and quickly under pressure
  • Possess a keen memory and delightful sense of humor
  • Work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Are highly organized and efficient
