Maintenir un espace de travail impeccable : poste, linge, gestion des déchets et inventaire.
Collaborer avec l’équipe pour promouvoir les services barber/spa/salon et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs du département.
Participer aux événements, recommander des produits et soutenir les ventes au détail.
Répondre aux besoins des clients de manière professionnelle, positive et efficace.
Compétences & Exigences
Licence de barbier requise.
Minimum 1 an d’expérience, avec une excellente maîtrise technique.
Service client exemplaire : courtoisie, écoute, professionnalisme.
Capacité à maintenir l’image du spa et à assurer la gestion des stocks.
Participation active aux programmes et événements du club.
Personne fiable, autonome, amicale et passionnée par son métier.
Communication claire et excellente gestion du temps.
Excellentes compétences techniques incluant :
coupes sur mesure, dégradés (fades), blowouts / brushing, tapers, travail aux ciseaux, rasage à la serviette chaude, services spécialisés pour la barbe, ainsi que des techniques de rehaussement et finition.
Congés payés.
Jours fériés payés.
Heures d’arrivée et de départ flexibles, selon l’achalandage et les besoins du spa.
Service clé en main : une clientèle interne de plus de 5 000 membres abonnés.
Salaire minimum garanti lorsqu’il n’y a pas de clients ; sinon, rémunération à la commission + pourboires.

Midtown is looking for a Barber to join our world-class spa team.
The Position
Our Barbers are courteous professionals interested in promoting the well-being and satisfaction of our members and guests. They are an integral part of our organization and:
Provide hair treatments in accordance with established procedures
Are proactive about learning new hair trends and barbering techniques
Maintain cleanliness of barber shop area throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty lines, and secure supplies at end of shift
Partner with and assist other associates to promote barber/spa/salon services and achieve departmental goals
Promote barber/spa/salon services, participate in events, sell retail products, achieve personal goals
Address needs in a professional, positive and timely manner
Our Barbers:
Barber License required
Have a minimum of one year of experience as a hair barber; demonstrating a high level of proficiency
Demonstrate a high level of client service with courtesy and attentiveness
Maintain physical image of barbershop as well as supply inventory
Promote their own work as well as participation in club programs/events
Previous customer service experience preferred
Friendly, personable, and passionate about barbering
Great communicator and fantastic with time management skills
Very reliable and able to work independently
Excellent technical barbering abilities which include Tailored cuts, Fades, Blowouts, Tapering, Shear work, Hot towel shaves, Specialty beard services, and Enhancements
