Apply Now Data Coordinator- Bilingual (English/French) Job in Chicago

Midtown is seeking a Data Coordinator to join our world-class team at our Chicago headquarters (3611 N. Kedzie Ave., Chicago, IL 60618).

Seeking a bi-lingual Data Coordinator, fluency in French.

The Position

The Data Coordinator is responsible for organizing and recording data for the company in various operational systems. Our clubs offer thousands of different programs across many departments (aquatics, racquet sports, fitness, group exercise, and kids programming), and they also offer full-service pros shops, spas, and restaurants with a variety of products and services. This individual will ensure the data is collected, organized, shared, and recorded with high accuracy and great detail. Data integrity is a huge focus for Midtown, as we continue to build out a robust data strategy over the next few years, and we recognize this work starts with how well the data is entered. The Data Coordinator will work with small teams within the clubs, IT, and Finance departments. They will go through system training and how to record and escalate any data collection challenges to the respective department leads.
