We work at Midtown to inspire people to transform their lives. Our Digital Marketing Specialist does so by leading our digital marketing efforts to acquire new members.
You will manage our digital advertising agency for our SEM and paid social, working with them to develop strategy and optimize results. You will manage our web development agency to handle larger website content changes and SEO strategy and optimization changes. We are in the process of building a new website, and you will be a key stakeholder in this project. Once complete, you will own the ongoing performance of the website, including analytics, strategy, testing, and executing minor changes. You will write prospect communications, including on the website and in email. You will work to optimize our lead conversion funnel, building automated email journeys in our CRM. You will work closely with our sales leadership nationally and at the clubs. You will manage the data governance of our prospect marketing software stack, ensuring the systems speak to each other to give us the best data possible in our reporting. You will work with our internal design team to build the content assets you need.
To be successful in this role, you need the ability to analyze marketing funnel data, create strategic insights, create and execute a digital marketing strategy, build and communicate timelines, prioritize goals, and manage a website CMS. This role is truly a mix of the analytical and the creative.
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and sit on the marketing leadership team. The role is based in our HQ office and works across all club locations.

You have a history of excellent performance in digital marketing for B2C brands.
You have experience managing websites built with WordPress & Elementor.
You have experience mapping, building, and optimizing automated communication journeys for prospects within a CRM and marketing automation platform. Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a plus.
You have a history of successfully managing client/agency relationships.
You have proven ability to optimize digital marketing funnel performance.
You have experience working across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including website and paid advertising.

You analyze our digital marketing performance to find great strategic insights for improvement.
You execute your strategic vision and clearly report your data—including celebrating your victories and quickly identifying mistakes.
You consistently improve the performance of all our digital channels across the marketing and sales funnels, including SEM, paid social, SEO, website performance, and automated communications journeys.
You work closely with the creative team to build assets that serve the strategic and creative campaign goals that you set.
You develop strong relationships with club leadership—successfully balancing priorities against our strategy and brand standards.
You hold the club’s prospect communications to the high standards of our brand.
Your work consistently improves the performance of our marketing and sales funnel—both in overall volume and efficiency.
You monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators for marketing, building a culture of awareness and accountability within the clubs and the corporate office.
