Le poste
En tant que membre de l'équipe de direction, le Directeur(ice) de la programmation est chargé de superviser les programmes de conditionnement physique et tous les aspects de l'expérience de conditionnement physique au sein du club. Avec l'évolution de notre espace vers le modèle de studio et l'accent accru mis sur les marques proposant des expériences plus organisées, de type boutique, ce leader du fitness doit être optimiste dans son attitude et son approche et implacable dans sa prestation. Doté d'une attitude fiable et curieuse, ce leader sera l'ambassadeur du fitness au sein du club alors que Midtown s'efforce de garder une longueur d'avance sur la concurrence. Ce leader sera agile et adaptable au paysage changeant de l'industrie et s'épanouira dans un environnement humain, apportant un style de leadership énergique et inspirant aux programmes de conditionnement physique.

Midtown is looking for a Program Manager to oversee fitness programming.
The Position
As a member of Senior Leadership Team, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing fitness programming and all aspects of the fitness experience within the club. With the shift in our space towards the studio model and the increased emphasis on brands offering more curated, boutique-like experiences, this fitness leader needs to be optimistic in their attitude and approach and relentless in their delivery. Bringing a reliable and curious attitude, this leader will be the ambassador for fitness within the club as Midtown strives to stay ahead of the competition. This leader will be nimble and adaptable to the changing landscape of the industry and will thrive in a people environment, bringing an energetic and inspiring leadership style to fitness programs.
