You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Creative, and Club General Managers to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, efficient, and impactful.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about developing talent.

The team is based in our corporate HQ office in Chicago (3611 N Kedzie Ave.) and supports all club locations.

    • Out-of-state travel to other Midtown club locations, typically 1–2 times per year.
  • Access to a personal vehicle is strongly advised for ease of travel to Chicagoland club locations, some of which are not easily accessible by public transportation.

Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and implement AI tools across media, CRM platforms, and website experiences.

    • Cultivate a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Channel Ownership
    • Oversee paid media, SEO, website conversion rate optimization, email, and SMS.
    • Manage media agency relationships to ensure strategic alignment and performance.
    • Partner with your direct report to optimize user journeys and site experience.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with the prospect journey and lead quality.
    • Partner with Club General Managers to guide local marketing spend and strategy.
    • Collaborate with Revenue Operations on marketing tech stack, data infrastructure, and reporting.
    • Align with Creative on digital channel creative strategy and execution.

  • Performance & Optimization
    • Own acquisition KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Use data to inform decisions, test hypotheses, and continuously improve performance.
    • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track and communicate results.

Who You Are

  • A genuine, curious leader who thrives on improvement and innovation.
  • Committed to developing talent and building high-performing teams.
  • Obsessed with data, performance, and results, more than gut feelings or trends.
  • Experienced in digital acquisition, media strategy, and marketing technology.
  • Comfortable managing agencies, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Passionate about fitness, wellness, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in digital marketing, acquisition, or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven experience with AI tools in marketing, CRM platforms, and media optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like GA4, Looker, HubSpot, or similar.
