We work at Midtown to inspire people to transform their lives. Our Financial Systems Analyst does so by supporting the evolution, design, and support of our EPM and ERP systems.

Identify and execute on opportunities for process automation
Offer solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity
Ensure all third-party applications are pushing data efficiently to Workday and Adaptive (and if they are not, identify how data will be presented)
Design and develop custom integrations across member management software, Adaptive Planning, and other third-party applications as needed
Ensure that we are continually evaluating our systems against the finance roadmap; propose changes to business processes and adapt technological solutions to business needs, as they arise
Work with Club General Managers, Club Senior Leadership teams, and other cross-functional team members to provide feedback regarding what financial tools could help solve business needs
Experience Required
Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
