Line Cook

Midtown is looking for a Line Cook to create delicious dishes in our cafe for club members and guests.

The Position
Our cooks are an integral part of our food and beverage team and they work together with our departments to ensure that members and guests receive high quality, fresh food when they come in to dine.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly and efficiently preparing food orders

• Maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen areas to promote a safe and enjoyable member experience

• Assisting with inventory of product and supplies

• Assisting with taking orders and busing tables as needed

 
Requirements:

• At least two years of food preparation and cooking experience

• Must understand the importance of complying with Department of Health sanitary guidelines

• Must demonstrate strong customer service skills and enjoy serving others

• Ability to work gracefully and quickly under pressure
