Midtown Athletic Club in Palatine is looking for a Pilates Studio Manager!
The Pilates Studio Manager reports to the Program Manager and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the Pilates Studio experience within the club. This PART TIME position (10 - 15 hours per week) pays $23.00 - $25.00 per hour and may be done in conjunction with Pilates Coaching for Reformer and/or Mat Pilates.
This Pilates Studio Manager sits on our Fitness Leadership Team and will bring an energetic, kind, and inspiring leadership style for our Pilates Coaches each day. Success in this role is:
Overseeing the Pilates studio experience, including reformer equipment, accessories and audio visual systems
Regular evaluations of groups, ensuring coaches are executing on program elements & maintaining integrity of Midtown signature programming
Reviewing trends, identifying areas of need, and coordinating Public Group schedules in partnership with the Program Manager
Integrating Pilates-curious members into the Reformer Studio and community at Midtown
Active engagement in recruitment and ownership of onboarding new Pilates Coaches
Effectively communicating information between instructors and management team and vice versa
Collecting, collating, and regularly reporting on group efficiency, studio participation, and Pilates revenue
Working within company guidelines to ensure the studio is on brand and aligned with Midtown's vision of an in-club boutique strategy
Organizing and hosting Pilates Studio events
Any other duties as assigned by the Program Manager

Pilates Studio Experience (including Group Programming)
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Fitness Industry
Comprehensive Pilates Reformer Certification
Leadership experience preferred
