Pool Servers and Bartenders - Summer 2023 (R-3186)

Midtown is looking for Poolside Bartenders, Servers and Grill associates to join our team and help create lasting member experiences.

The Position
Our Associates provide a sense of belonging through enthusiastic, genuine and professional service. Our culture is defined by the way we inspire each other toward personal and professional growth, social engagement, and service to others

Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from members and guests accurately and with a positive attitude

• Engage with members and guests in a friendly manner

• Know the menu, with the ability to make suggestions

• Ensure members are enjoying their food and drinks and take action to correct any problems

• Collect payment

Requirements:

• Server/Bartender experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Weekend Availability

• Simple outdoor grilling skills a plus

• Must obtain a BASSET card and Serv Safe certification.
