About the Job

Project Managers at Midtown are responsible for shaping and managing the processes that allow our marketing team to deliver powerful creative in a timely manner. They are a part of every project—breaking large, multi-layered projects down into tasks, setting timelines for completion, and assigning those tasks to team members. They manage work calendars, balancing priorities in real-time so that our team maximizes results.

Your Experience and Skills

  • Ability to lead and communicate with team members—in our department and across departments.
  • Understand overall processes for multi-disciplinary production.
  • Able to foresee resource or timeline issues ahead of any problems.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and under tight deadlines.
  • Able to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in creative project management or production.
