Expliquant et appliquant les règles, les règlements et les politiques pour assurer la sécurité des clients
Maintenir l'ordre dans la zone de baignade
Répondant aux urgences et en sauvant les nageurs en danger de noyade
Maintenir la propreté des zones aquatiques afin de promouvoir une expérience agréable faire respecter le règlement de la piscine pour garantir un environnement sûr et propre.
Garder une ligne de communication efficace entre le personnel, les gestionnaires et les membres
Conditions pour postuler :
Orienté vers le service à la clientèle, avec d'excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles
Posséder des certifications reconnues au niveau national telles que National Lifeguard et First Aid
Expérience préalable dans un poste de sauveteur
Midtown is looking for a lifeguard to supervise our pools and ensure the safety of our aquatic spaces.
The Position
As an integral part of the aquatics team, our Lifeguards inspire members through movement, community, and personal attention. They encourage active, social, and healthier lives by:
Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations, and policies to ensure safety of patrons
Maintaining order in swimming areas
Responding to emergencies and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning
Maintaining cleanliness of aquatics areas to promote an enjoyable experience
Enforcing the pool rules to ensure a safe and clean environment
Maintain an effective line of communication between staff, managers and members
Lifeguard requirements:
Customer service oriented, with great interpersonal skills
Possess nationally recognized certifications such as National Lifeguard and First Aid
Previous experience in a lifeguard position
