The Squash Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of Squash within the club. This individual will be the ambassador for Squash within the club as Windy Hill strives to be the industry gold standard for Squash programming. The Squash Supervisor will be nimble and adaptable to the changing landscape of the industry and will thrive in a people environment, bringing an energetic and inspiring leadership to the Squash program.
The specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Plan, organize and direct all Squash related programs including sessional programs, holiday and summer camps, tournaments and special events.
Administer all aspects of the Squash program including recruitment, registration, attendance, promotion of groups, scheduling of coaches, scheduling of courts, preparation of statistical reports and progress reports/player reviews.
Establish goals for the program and be accountable for their achievement.
Ensure that the Squash program is delivered in a manner consistent with Midtown brand standards.
Work with the Racquet Sports Manager on all matters relating to programs, facilities and member care.
Maintain a clean and well-organized squash environment.
Maintain a member focus – be present and accessible to players and parents.
Teach group and private Squash lessons.
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the Racquet Sports Manager and other coaches.
Promote the Squash program locally and regionally.
Manager on Duty shift as assigned by the General Manager
Accept and complete other assignments deemed appropriate by the Racquet Sports Manager.
