Midtown est à la recherche d'un(e) superviseur(e) à l'entretien ménager pour se joindre à notre équipe de classe mondiale. La disponibilité requise est du mercredi au vendredi de 16h à 00h30 et samedi et dimanche de 11h30 à 20h00. La maîtrise de la langue française et anglais est indispensable.

Le poste

En tant que membre essentiel de l'équipe des installations, notre superviseur à l'entretien ménager contribuent à offrir un environnement sécuritaire, propre et fonctionnel aux membres et aux invités en :

  • Étant constamment au courant de l'environnement du club et veillant à ce qu'il soit exceptionnellement propre, organisé et confortable.
  • Faire plaisir à nos membres en étant approchables, amicaux et attentifs.
  • Aider, encadrer et superviser les collaborateurs.

Midtown is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our world-class team. The required availability is Wednesday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM and Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Proficiency in the French and English language is essential.

The Position

As an essential member of the facilities team, our Housekeeping Supervisor contribute to providing a safe, clean, and functional environment for members and guests by:

  • Being constantly aware of the club's environment and ensuring it is exceptionally clean, organized, and comfortable.
  • Delighting our members by being approachable, friendly, and attentive.
  • Helping, coaching, and supervising associates.

Our Housekeeping Supervisor:

  • Has a positive and dynamic attitude.
  • Is reliable and show up to work on time.
  • Pays great attention to detail.
  • Takes pride in themselves and their work.
  • Enjoys making others feel comfortable in their surroundings.

What you can expect after submitting your application

Within two weeks, someone from our Talent Team will review your application. If your experience doesn't align with the needs of the role at this time, we will let you know. If we'd like to move you to the next step of the process, we'll reach out to schedule the first interview.

While there can be the occasional exception, the interview process typically takes 2-3 weeks and includes the following steps.

  1. A 30 to 60-minute virtual Teams call with a member of the Talent Team to discuss Midtown, the role, and your background and experience.
  2. A 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager, ideally in person, where you'll dive deeper into the technical side of the role.
  3. A 90-minute panel interview, and club tour, with members of the team and the applicable National Director (e.g. National Program Manager for fitness roles)

You'll receive an update on your application within 48 hours of each interview. Please note that, depending on the specifics of the role, it may take up to a week to finalize offer decisions.
