The Teams Program Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the Teams program. This individual will be the ambassador for team programming development within the club. The Teams Supervisor will be nimble and adaptable to the changing landscape of the industry and will thrive in a people environment, bringing an energetic and inspiring leadership to the Teams program.

The specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Administer all aspects of the Teams tennis program including program recruitment, registration, attendance, promotion of groups, scheduling of courts, preparation of statistical reports, player make-ups, and player progress.

  • Teach groups in the teams tennis program.

  • Teach private lessons and group lessons.

  • Assist the Racquet Sports Manager in preparing the annual performance plans and reviews for the teaching professionals who work in the Teams program.

  • Make the final approval of all players that are accepted/placed and promoted in each level.

  • Assure that tennis coaches complete their player reviews on a timely basis.

  • Promote and market the Teams program locally.

  • Evaluate and provide feedback to coaches who teach in the Teams program.

  • Work with the Racquet Sports Manager on all matters relating to programs, coach development and methodologies.

  • Attend coach meetings and supervisory meetings held by the Racquet Sports Manager.

  • Assist the Racquet Sports Manager with the annual and seasonal class schedule for each segment of the Teams program.

  • Complete other assignments deemed appropriate by the Racquet Sports Manager.
