The Opportunity

Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager, Mobile to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for our member mobile app, leading a portfolio of data-driven initiatives, and ultimately, improving both our business and the user experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define the vision and product roadmap for the Midtown Athletic Club mobile app.

  • Deliver complex lifecycle experiences and marketing strategies to users, leveraging capabilities like Push Notification, In-App Messaging, and Recommendation Engines.)

  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and opportunities.

  • Develop and prioritize user stories and product backlog items.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of product features.

  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of data-driven initiatives to drive app engagement, user growth, and business objectives.

  • Manage ongoing relationships with design/development agencies.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform product decisions.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile app trends and technologies.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including internal teams and external partners.

What you Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in mobile application product management or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience managing relationships with agencies or external partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing mobile applications.

  • Deep understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle, from ideation to execution.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.).

  • Passion for the fitness and health industry and a strong understanding of user needs in this space.
