The Role
Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the architect of our marketing strategy, partnering across organizations to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that drive member retention, increased club engagement, lead generation, and overall business growth.

What You'll Do:
Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns specifically designed to increase member retention and club engagement.
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (mobile application, email, social media, events) to drive member participation in programs, services, and special offerings.
Partner with Club Operations Leadership to build activation plans that ladder up to the marketing campaign and ensure a seamless member experience across all touchpoints.
Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and maximizing ROI.
Manage relationships and oversee the work of any external public relations agencies.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
Clearly communicate marketing goals, strategies, and results across the organization.
What You Have:
5+ years of experience in marketing management or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns.
