Midtown is looking for Servers to join our team and help create lasting member experiences.
The Position
Our Servers provide a sense of belonging through enthusiastic, genuine and professional service. Our culture is defined by the way we inspire each other toward personal and professional growth, social engagement, and service to others.
Server Responsibilities:
Take food and drink orders from members and guests accurately and with a positive attitude
Engage with members and guests in a friendly manner
Know the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
Ensure prompt and correct food and beverage delivery
Pre-bus tables
Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
Collect payment from tables
Server Requirements:
2 years of server experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment
