Opportunity & Your Impact

Midtown is seeking a Junior Programs Supervisor to lead daily execution for the Junior Development Program, while supporting racquet sports team alignment and contributing to club operations. This role plays a key part ensuring the program operates smoothly, and the member experience is engaging and valued, resulting in repeat participation.


Job Overview

  • Salaried supervisor role within Racquet Sports.

  • Visible leadership role serving members, coaches, and program performance.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Support daily execution of racquet sports programming across lessons, competitive and social events.
  • Lead and coach program team to ensure consistency with Midtown standards and program point of view.
  • Maintain organization across scheduling, staffing, and program pathway.
  • Responsive resolution of operational or service issues to preserve the member experience.
  • Serve as a reliable on-floor leader supporting both members and coaches.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $65,000 - $92,000 per year. The final rate offered will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.

While there can be the occasional exception, the interview process typically takes 2-3 weeks and includes the following steps.

  1. A 30 to 60-minute virtual Teams call with a member of the Talent Team to discuss Midtown, the role, and your background and experience.
  2. A 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager, ideally in person, where you'll dive deeper into the technical side of the role.
  3. A 90-minute panel interview, and club tour, with members of the team and the applicable National Director (e.g. National Program Manager for fitness roles)
