Midtown est à la recherche d'un(e) Plongeur(euse) pour joindre son équipe de café de classe mondiale.
Le poste
En tant que membre essentiel de notre équipe de cuisine, le ou la plongeur(euse) contribue au bon fonctionnement des opérations en maintenant les plus hauts standards de propreté, d'hygiène et d'organisation. Nos plongeurs(euses) offrent un soutien indispensable à l'équipe en :
- Assurant la propreté et la salubrité de la plonge et de la cuisine;
- Utilisant efficacement les équipements de lavage de vaisselle;
- Veillant à ce que toute la vaisselle, les ustensiles et le matériel de préparation soient propres, désinfectés et prêts à l'utilisation;
- Raclant et rinçant la vaisselle avant son passage dans le lave-vaisselle;
- Rangeant la vaisselle, les assiettes, les verres et les autres articles selon leur type afin d'éviter les bris;
- Triant et entreposant correctement tout le matériel de cuisine dans les espaces prévus;
- Gardant la zone de plonge propre et sécuritaire, notamment en nettoyant les postes de travail, les drains et les équipements à la fin de chaque quart de travail;
- Effectuant des projets de nettoyage spéciaux dans les différentes aires de la cuisine, selon les besoins;
- Faisant preuve d'une bonne communication avec les membres de l'équipe et les clients.

Midtown is looking for a Dishwasher to add to our world-class cafe team.
The Position
As an important part of the cafe team, our Dishwashers are friendly and attentive professionals who strive to delight our members and guests by:
Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation in the dish room and kitchen
Operating all ware-washing machinery
Ensuring that all food service and preparation ware is clean and sanitized
Scraping and spraying all food service ware before it enters the ware-washing machine
Racking all china and glassware properly according to type and size to avoid breakage
Separating all food service ware and store properly in designated areas
Keeping ware-washing area clean and safe; clean work area, drains and machinery at end of shift
Performing special cleaning projects in kitchen areas as assigned
Displaying good communication skills when interacting with associates and guests
