Le poste
En tant que premier point de contact, le/la réceptionniste du spa crée une première impression chaleureuse, professionnelle et attentionnée. Que ce soit pour gérer les réservations ou accompagner les clients pendant leur attente, cette personne joue un rôle essentiel en dépassant les attentes en matière de service et en offrant des interactions qui reflètent les standards d’un environnement de luxe.
Responsabilités principales
- Accueillir les membres et invités de façon chaleureuse, avec professionnalisme et souci du détail
- Gérer les réservations et les rendez-vous avec précision et efficacité
- Maintenir un espace de réception et de vente propre, organisé et accueillant
- Répondre aux appels et assister les membres et invités dans leurs demandes et réservations
- Anticiper les besoins des clients et résoudre les situations avec discrétion et attention
- Soutenir l’équipe du spa afin d’assurer une expérience constante et de qualité
- Promouvoir les services et produits du spa avec professionnalisme et expertise
Exigences
- Passion pour le service à la clientèle et souci de l’excellence, avec une approche orientée solutions
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, avec initiative et rigueur
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et présentation professionnelle

The Position
As a key member of the spa team, the Spa Receptionist delivers a seamless and elevated experience for both members and guests from arrival to departure. With a warm, professional presence, they create a welcoming and refined atmosphere while ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury spa.
Spa Receptionist Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Manage reservations and appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and retail area
- Answer calls promptly and assist members and guests with inquiries and bookings
- Anticipate needs and resolve concerns with care and discretion
- Support the spa team to ensure a consistent, high-quality member and guest experience
- Promote spa services and retail offerings in a knowledgeable and refined manne
Spa Receptionist Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to members and guests
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
- Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred
